Sarah Piazza is a 45-year-old writer who lives with her husband and two children in a small college town in Pennsylvania. She holds a PhD in Psychology from Northwestern University. She was raised in Manhattan, the city that serves as the backdrop for much of her creative nonfiction.
At present she works part-time as an assistant teacher in an elementary classroom.
She blogged for many years at the website Slouching Past 40, which was listed as one of Babble’s Top 50 Mom Blogs of 2010.
